Our employees and culture
With the vision of Panda's owners, we were able to grow into the company that we are today. They allowed our teams to work the way that best fitted them taking away any restrictions that could hinder the performance of their employees. By doing so our team was allowed to be as efficient as possible while still giving EXTRA to customers.
The work of our employees allowed us to reach the point that we are now. With the incredible work of our field marketers, we can reach out to a wide range of potential customers, helping them with their roofing needs. Allowing us to be a part of their roofing journey. We couldn't do it without our expert roofing and solar consulting teams that strive to make our customer's roofing journey as smooth as possible. They put everything they have into creating a wonderful experience for our customers during this stressful time.
We also strive to create an inclusive and comradery-based culture here at Panda making sure that all of our employees feel comfortable and included at our company. We want to create an environment where customers feel they are working with friends rather than contractors. Creating genuine bonds rather than feeling like it's a business transaction.
The community that we strive to serve
Since Panda Exteriors was founded in August 2020, we have strived to give back to our community, whether by hosting local events like block parties or by participating in different charities such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and/or So Kids Soar which provides disabled youth programs that help them their participants strive in life and realize their potential.
We encourage our team members to give back to their community either on their own or by participating in the numerous charity events we host. Making sure that we give back to the community is a priority at Panda. The communities we serve make us what we are!!
Plans for the future
We are grateful for being recognized by Inc. 5000 and hope to continue our amazing work by building an inclusive and comradery-based culture in our teams, customers, and community.
