We're Looking for a Dynamic Business Development Lead to join Panda!

Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do:
  • -Lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives: Guide representatives in engaging with potential customers in targeted neighborhoods, promoting our exterior and green energy services.
  • -Set performance targets and KPIs: Establish clear metrics for your team, ensuring they meet and exceed lead generation expectations.
  • -Recruit, train, and mentor: Develop new Business Development Representatives, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and techniques to effectively communicate with homeowners.
  • -Design strategic territory plans: Create and implement targeted outreach strategies to penetrate specific neighborhoods and maximize lead generation efficiency.
  • -Monitor daily field activities: Ensure the team maintains consistent performance standards and follows company protocols while representing Panda Exteriors professionally.
  • -Analyze performance data: Track team metrics, adjust strategies as needed to optimize results, and increase appointment conversion rates.
  • -Foster team development: Provide coaching, motivation, and support to your representatives, creating a positive, high-energy environment that encourages growth and success.
  • -Manage team resources: Oversee equipment, vehicle maintenance, and field supplies to ensure operational readiness.
  • -Report directly to the Sales Manager: Provide detailed updates on lead generation progress and valuable insights for improving overall sales performance.

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing door-to-door teams, field sales, or business development representatives

  • -Weather Warrior: Comfortable working in all weather conditions, leading your team by example in the field.
  • -Strategic thinker: Able to identify key areas for growth and adapt tactics to meet changing market conditions.
  • -Energetic and hands-on: Comfortable with direct customer engagement while simultaneously motivating your team in a dynamic environment.
  • -Problem-solver: Skilled at handling challenges and turning them into opportunities for team growth and development.
  • -Clean Driving record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record of 3+ years.
