Job Description

Panda Exteriors, one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing Exterior Services and Green Energy companies, is seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives to join our expanding team. This role is specifically designed as a development program to prepare representatives for advancement to either Business Development Lead or Outside Sales positions within 4-6 months, providing a clear and predictable career path for driven professionals.

Professional Development Program Includes:

  • Hands-on training in effective door-to-door canvassing strategies

  • Digital lead management and CRM system mastery

  • Technical training on roofing materials, common issues, and solutions

  • Insurance claim procedures and documentation requirements

  • Sales process refinement including pitch development and negotiation skills

  • Preparation for advancement to leadership or independent sales roles

  • Competitive base pay of $32,000 per year plus unlimited commission potential and performance bonuses

Structured career advancement program with guaranteed promotion opportunities to Business Development Lead or Outside Sales roles within 4-6 months (based on performance metrics)

Responsibilities

  • -Master and deliver compelling value propositions created by Panda Exteriors
  • -Build rapport with homeowners while professionally discussing their roofing, exterior, and green energy needs
  • -Collect qualified prospect information including contact details and project requirements
  • -Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct detailed consultations
  • -Consistently achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
  • -Develop expertise in territory mapping, neighborhood analysis, and strategic canvassing approaches
  • -Learn to identify storm damage areas and high-potential neighborhoods for targeted outreach
  • -Practice effective objection handling and persuasive presentation techniques
  • -Gain foundational knowledge of roofing materials, damage identification, and cost estimation

Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • -0-2 years experience in customer-facing or sales environments
  • -18+ years of age with high school diploma and reliable transportation
  • -Comfort working in various outdoor environments
  • -Resilience and ability to maintain enthusiasm despite occasional rejection
  • -Dynamic personality with strong work ethic and determination
  • -Passion for continuous learning and professional development
