Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm - plus every other Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
In office position located in Laurel, MD

$20-$22/hour depending on experience

This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business
Collecting key information and setting customer expectations
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Entering all relevant customer data into the CRM
Maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Staying informed about competing products and services

18+ years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
1-3 years sales experience - roofing/insurance sales is a plus
Prior customer service, cold calling, or telemarketing experience
Learn and educate homeowners on their roofing and solar needs
Desire to work in a sedentary role, mainly at a computer and on the phone for the majority of the shift
