Panda exteriors did a great job on my roof. They had my roof finished in one day. They communicated with me at each step. They informed when the supplies for the job would be delivered and what time the guys would arrive. When the guys got here they got right at it taking off the old shingles. I was informed of how many sheets of ply boards I would need and provided pictures of the damage I had, that caused the leaks I was seeing. The best part the guys cleaned everything up behind themselves. They turned a hectic situation into a smooth transition. Thank you Cael and Oscar for helping me with this project. It turned out great.

Panda Exteriors was great to work with. They helped out through the entire process including filing the claim. They were very communicative. Santi Hancock was fantastic and explained everything before, during and after. They came out while our adjuster was here and supported us through the claim to ensure we ended with the best result. The team at Panda got us schedule, told us what to expect with the delivery of materials, and arrived on time as stated. The team moved quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the roof. The team was thorough in their cleanup and made sure they left the property as they had found it. Great experience from beginning to end! Santi Hancock is fantastic and the team at Panda is excellent with regards to communication, whether it be texts, calls or use of the App!
