My wife and I had an awesome experience with Panda Exteriors! Sheraton Gbeen helped us with our insurance claim and was a breath of fresh air throughout the entire process. The work crew did a great job putting on the new roof, in and out in one day. They also did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of installation. Everyone at Panda Exteriors, including Spencer, Kevin and Sasha, were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them!!

Chris Atkinson was my initial contact with the company! Very down to earth, honest and understanding. He showed a deep understanding of the process with the insurance company. I opted not to wait for the insurance review and from that point Panda/Chris moved speed with purpose to obtain supplies once I let them know what I wanted! He graciously handed me off to Jonathan and his team and the job was completed yesterday and I am beaming from the results. They went above and beyond to ensure colors from existing structures matched the roofing! My raised beds and plants were protected and the clean up impeccable. Overjoyed with the results! I was listened to and understood! We often don’t need roofing but when you do Panda is who I would recommend.

When it came to the day of installation, he kept his word, and the crew arrived exactly as scheduled. Eric's dedication didn't stop there. He was personally on-site for the entire two-day installation, overseeing every detail. His presence ensured the project went smoothly and that the final result was a high-quality, professional finish. It's this level of professionalism and personal care that makes me a happy repeat customer. This is my first insurance claim after finding a ceiling leak. A realtor friend recommended Mack Kaswell at Panda Exterior. He reached out quickly, inspected the roof, and told me that insurance would cover it. Mack was outstanding: super responsive, patient, and guided me through every step, answering all questions and easing my concerns. He made the process painless! It took about about 2 months from contract to installlation. Onsite manager Chris Ayana was hard to reach and gave some inaccurate info (e.g. said crew would return next day, but they actually finished late during the installation day; also shingles were sealed in cold weather). An inspector from Panda Exterior later found many unsealed shingles, and they promptly sent a crew to fix it. Overall, a positive experience. The roof looks great, issues were fixed quickly, and we got the 50- year GAF Golden Pledge warranty in 2 weeks after the installation. Highly recommend Panda Exterior, especially Mack!
