I had my roof yesterday . the whole experience was the best I have had with any company .Inspection and contract was signed with Austin ,what a nice guy to work with. Helped us throughout and kept us informed throughout. The roof is looking great . The whole crew was very helpful and very professional. I would like to name the crew who worked 12/13 hours in 90 degrees heat . Armando who was in charge of Osman, Franklin, Yonatan and Kevin thanks guys. Great company to work with and would recommend to anyone looking to replace there roof. Thanks again
Excellent Company
I highly recommend this company. Mike Ashe was indispensable in working with our insurance company for the roof replacement. It was through his efforts that got the insurance company to give full approval. The roofing crew were professional and hard workers. They were very thorough in the cleanup of all debris.
Panda - The P in Panda means professional !
Had Panda Exteriors come out and do a complete re-roof on my residence. They replaced all the plywood, installed beautiful GAF shingles, installed all the proper flashing, installed all the proper roof venting. They are in constant contact with you during the project and are a very courteous operation. I highly recommend Panda.

He also provides a plethora of helpful information. Tommy’s follow-up is remarkable. Tommy“ says what he means and means what he says.” Over 54 years, I have met thousands of businesspeople, but as I described, Tommy and his crew are the only people I will deal with. SIMPLY REMARKABLE
I don’t often have the opportunity in these interesting and challenging times to write such a review. So, I will take full advantage of this opportunity. I live in a Penthouse in Bethesda, MD. I had the good fortune to be recommended to Panda Exteriors. However, my friend expressly referred to Tommy Hall (Field Operations Manager ) and his assistants (Osvin, Andy, and Edras). I have a rather large balcony that requires roof and decking repairs. Tommy is an excellent asset to his organization. Tommy has given great insight to his assistants concerning procedures, work ethic, and extra care with items in the house and balcony. Before the work, Tommy provided me with precise, accurate, informative, and necessary info about the job. He answered every single question that I had and, more importantly, communicated in detail what and why specific procedures would be implemented. His staff worked very cleanly, were extremely polite, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled carefully. We had white carpeting leading to the balcony, and they ensured every inch was covered with plastic. My wife had over 25 delicate plants that were handled with extreme caution. I am 77 years old and still work because I love what I do, although I have cut back to 35 - 40 or so hours compared to the 60- 70 hours I used to work. Great customer service from Brandon Wilson
First, I like to say that Mr. Brandon Wilson helped me from the beginning when I received a $1500 check to complete my roof and he assured me to trust the process that he would help me. Mr. Wilson would go up on the roof three or four times and videotape what he saw was defect in the roof Craftsmanship that was not up to code and what needed to be replaced to make sure that insurance company knew that I needed the roof replace . This Young, energetic, talented, insightful young man had what I called the total package of craftsmanship, Communication and sensitivity to make sure that the job was completed correctly to my satisfaction. Along with this two other members of my family get roofs so I think that he should be the employee of the year for his customer service, his excellent skills and his craftsmanship. Thanks
Recent Roof Replacement
I recently had my roof replaced by Panda Exteriors and they did a great job. They showed up on time and where quite efficient in completing the work. Dani our salesman was very informative and always got back to me in a timely fashion. He guided us through the insurance process and was always helpful. Tony our project coordinator was super. Communication was great between him and I . He was very responsive and got things done on time. Overall a pleasant experience dealing with everyone there.
Replace roof
Kyle and his crew were fantastic. The men were in and out in no time. they were professional and concerned of my property. They cleaned up and left the property cleaner than when they started. Kyle walked around the property with me to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Kyle even asked the me to paint the vent stacks black so they would not stand out. JOB WELL DONE !!!
