Easier Than Ordering Pizza
Andy Loor was professional from beginning to end. He was super accommodating with setting up the appointment and it was a super smooth process. The title company lost the first insurance check we mailed so he assisted with getting it endorsed. They had the materials delivered the day prior and installed everything in one day. They cleaned up so well you would’ve never known they were here. Roof looks amazing!! Highly recommend!!
Mind Blowing Service
Guy stopped by my door October 16th. Roof was payed for and installed by Nov 09th. I’ve never seen anything like it. HIGHLY recommend their gold pledge package. Little out of pocket expense, but the value exceed the cost ten fold. 10/10 Daniel Ferguson was my lead consultant, and that man is like Robin Hood! Rumor has it he’ll be doing the next “sham-wow” commercials.

Jimmy & his crew were outstanding!! Jimmy kept us informed throughout the entire process & his crew were professional, courteous & neat!!! We offered to help clean up (minimal debris) and they wanted no assistance!! Everything was cleaned up & disposed of before they left!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Dalton knows his stuff and assisted with insurance process and all steps till job completed. Jose’s crew was on time and worked like a well oiled machine. Excellent Service and Installation
I strongly recommended Panda Exteriors to everyone. We are the third house that Penda Exterior replaced the roof and gutter among our family and friends. The estimator Rep. Diego Loor was very helpful and knowledge full and answer all the question. The Roof Installation: Johnathan Gonzalez and his crew was very professional. Contacted me prior to construction, explain what to expect, and answer all the question and concern that I’ve. The roof delivery to installation date, they were on time as they stated. Covered all the surrounding and clean up verry good after they work is completed. The installation was done in one day and will not even notice anything take place in the yard until if you lookup the roof. They even install/modify extra plywood and shingle around the chimney so that the snow and water will not sit. We are very happy/glad/satisfied that we chose Benda Exterior. Communication A+ beginning to the end. I strongly recommended to everyone.

The project manager Johnathan Gonzalez was great prior to installation of the roof, communicated through phone, email, VIA text, answered all the questions and concerned. Was on schedule; delivery, installation day, and the crew were very mindful of protecting the property during the old roof removal. Excellent Service
In June our roof was heavily damaged due to a hail storm. Ryan miraculously knocked on our door and offered a plan we couldn't resist. He showed us the best way to get a new roof. He was there for the inspections. He followed through with phone calls. He even gave us instruction on how to communicate with our insurance company. I can't say enough about this company. The roofers were professional and worked quickly on our new roof. Kyle was the production manager. He made sure that my wife and I understood the process of the project and the clean up. The roofing crew did a great job with clean up and our roof looks great. We have solar panels. Ryan was able to work with us to have our solar panels removed and reinstalled. Then there was Maria who coordinated all this. She was our contact for any questions we may have had. If anything, I'd say that this company went above and beyond in there customer service.
