The project manager Johnathan Gonzalez was great prior to installation of the roof, communicated through phone, email, VIA text, answered all the questions and concerned. Was on schedule; delivery, installation day, and the crew were very mindful of protecting the property during the old roof removal. We are the third house that Penda Exterior replace the roof among our friends and family. Diego Loor was very helpful for getting estimate done and throughout all processed. Penda Exterior - Communication wise topknot. Will defiantly recommend to all others, and to whom read the review. Either you replace at your own pocket or insurance claim. Allan L
