How It Works

All new and existing subscribers will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to their mobile number. These messages may include questions about your request or service, special offers, coupons, or other relevant information. After signing up, you may be asked to reply to confirm your mobile phone number. Messages are sent using automated technology to the number provided at the time of enrollment.

Participation is not required to purchase any goods or services from Panda Exteriors. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.

Panda Exteriors provides this service on an "as-is" basis. The service may not be available in all areas or at all times, especially in the event of product, software, or carrier changes beyond our control.

Participant Requirements

To participate, you must:

• Own a mobile device capable of sending and receiving text messages;
• Use a participating wireless (cellular) carrier;
• Be a wireless service subscriber with active text messaging services.

Not all carriers support the service. Check with your carrier to confirm compatibility.

User Eligibility

By signing up, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age;
• Authorized to enroll the mobile phone number submitted;
• Responsible for any mobile message or data charges incurred as a result of participation.

Submitting your enrollment or replying to confirm participation affirms your compliance with the above criteria.

Opt-Out & Help

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For assistance, reply HELP.

Message Costs

Standard messaging and data rates may apply for each message sent or received, based on your mobile subscription agreement. Panda Exteriors is not responsible for any messaging charges or applicable taxes.

All data collected via the messaging service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

Release of Claims & No Warranties

By participating in the text message program, you agree to release and hold harmless Panda Exteriors, its SMS vendor, participating wireless carriers, and all their respective agents, employees, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from your use of the service.

Released Parties make no warranties regarding the performance or reliability of the service. All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Released Parties are not responsible for technical issues including, but not limited to, transmission errors, delays, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or damage to user devices resulting from participation in this service.
